A free app, built to last.

Wave Wellness is free to the people who use it and will stay that way. Here is where it stands, how it earns without ever selling data, and how to start a conversation with the team.

Where it stands

Built, in testing, and launching in October.

Launching October 2026

In private testing today, on the platforms it launches on.

Every screen, one account

iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, Android and the web, built natively rather than wrapped.

Free to members, always

No subscription and no upgrade wall. The business does not depend on charging for the morning.

Patent pending

Built by Wave Agency, a partner in the app and a studio founded in 2001.

The model

One way it earns, and one thing it never will.

Members pay nothing. The business is paid for by the brands that want to meet them on the morning they chose to feel better.

First-party advertising

Placements on the lifestyle screens, sold directly to wellness brands, gyms and practices. No ad network, no advertising identifier, no tracking, and never beside a result or a lab value. The studio already sells and serves advertising for its own publications.

How advertising works

What it will never do

Sell, share or license member data, in any form, to anyone, including in aggregate. It is the promise the whole product rests on, and no line of revenue is worth breaking it.

The privacy promise
Why it works

Everything it needs already exists.

Most people already carry more health data than they can use. Wave Wellness is the layer that reads it together and says, in plain English, what it means today. It was built out of a love for health and fitness, as the experience we could not find.

  • People already own the devices. The watch, the ring, the scale and the lab report exist; what is missing is the layer that reads them together, and that is software.
  • The camera is the sensor. The WellnessScan reads heart rate, breathing and heart-rate variability in forty seconds with nothing to buy, so the product works for people who own no wearable at all.
  • A daily habit, not a dashboard. One number and one sentence each morning is built to be opened every day, which is the audience advertisers want.
  • Built out of a love for health and fitness, by a team that trains, tracks and uses it every morning.
  • Patent pending. The approach behind the app is protected while it is examined.
  • No debt. The business carries none.
  • The whole stack is built and run in house. Both apps, the platform under them, the API, the admin, the ad network and the marketing: no outsourced developers, no licensed white-label software and no outside agency. The servers run code written for this product, and nothing about how it works is rented from anyone.
  • A team that ships. The studio has built websites, native apps and the software behind them for a quarter of a century, and runs its own publications and ad sales.
