A personal trainer
Reads every workout and every night of sleep before it, and knows when to push and when the smart move is an easy day. It never forgets what you lifted last week.
We are a team that cares a great deal about health and fitness, and for years we tracked all of it across a watch, three apps and a notebook. None of it talked. Wave is the answer we kept wishing somebody would build, so we built it.
Anybody who has trained seriously, or tried to eat well for more than a month, knows the feeling. You are doing the work and you still cannot tell whether it is working. The scale moves for reasons that have nothing to do with fat. A good week of sleep and a bad one look the same on a calendar. The workout that felt heavy might have been the workout, or the night before it, or the three days of skipped lunches.
The data to answer those questions already exists. It is on your wrist, in your phone and on the sheet your lab sent. What was missing was the layer that reads all of it together and says, in plain English, what it means and what to do today. That layer is Wave.

More good years, and more good days in them.
Not a leaderboard. A clear picture of your own body, every morning, and one sensible thing to do about it.
Wave's AI is not a chatbot bolted onto a dashboard. It sits on your whole record, the scans, the sleep, the meals, the workouts, the labs, and it learns what normal looks like for you. Then it does what a great team of professionals would do if they could watch every morning.
Reads every workout and every night of sleep before it, and knows when to push and when the smart move is an easy day. It never forgets what you lifted last week.
Turns a photo of lunch into protein, fiber and water against targets set for your body, and connects what you ate on Tuesday to how Wednesday felt.
Files your bloodwork beside your lifestyle data, reads it against optimal ranges rather than merely normal ones, and shows the trend, not one dot. Always a question for your doctor, never an answer in place of one.
The one that holds it all together. Learns your normal, notices when today is not, and says so in a sentence you can act on before breakfast.
Wave is for general wellness. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it never replaces your doctor. What it does is make the conversation with your doctor a better one, because you arrive with a year of real data instead of a guess.
Wave Wellness is designed, built and operated by Wave Agency, a marketing, media and AI agency founded in 2001. For a quarter of a century the studio has built cutting-edge software and run marketing for national brands, and it brings decades of software and technology experience to everything it ships, from the websites and native apps it builds for its clients to the publications it runs itself.
The agency is led by Keith Tucci, a seasoned CMO, CTO and CAIO who has spent his career at the point where marketing, technology and now AI meet. He is also, and this is the part that matters here, passionate about health and fitness. Years of tracking his own training, sleep and bloodwork across a watch, a stack of apps and a notebook, and never once getting a straight answer out of any of them, is what led him to build this application. Wave Wellness is the tool he wanted for himself, built with the same care the agency brings to every client.
That matters for one practical reason. There are real offices, real phone numbers and real people behind this app, and a question about your data or your account is answered by one of them, usually the same business day.

Two minutes a morning. A better decade.
That is the whole pitch. Everything else on this site is the working.
